After achieving success with their music, Emilio and Gloria had an opportunity to open their first Cuban restaurant on Miami Beach in 1992. They felt it was a great extension of what they had already accomplished through their music, which was to showcase their culture to the world. It is another way to show their fans who they are – not just through their music, but through their culinary heritage.

Since opening in 1992, Gloria and Emilio Estefan's award-winning restaurant, Larios on the Beach has been known as Miami Beach's go-to destination for authentic, award-winning Cuban cuisine, celebrated mojitos and a stunning view of South Beach's Ocean Drive. Bongos Cuban Café draws its inspiration from classic Cuban supper clubs. Opened in 2010, Located at Seminole Paradise at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL. The multi-level restaurant, lounge and bar includes a rooftop lounge and 2 outdoor patios. The magnificent rooftop lounge adorned with private cabanas and plush lounge seating where guests can dance and enjoy libations under the stars.
This ground-breaking restaurant, opened in 1997 in Disney Springs at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando. The building’s Old Havana architecture is dominated by a massive pineapple, which has become the symbol for Bongos Cuban Café. The interior of this family restaurant features wall-to-wall mosaics of iconic Cuban images, authentic cuisine and offers exciting live music and entertainment.
Emilio and Gloria Estefan announced they will debut their new fine dining concept, Estefan Kitchen, in the Miami Design District.
Estefan Kitchen is slated to open later this year in the Miami Design District’s Palm Court. In addition to its elegant dining room, the open-air bar and café will provide an ideal setting for cocktails and an entirely fresh take on refined Cuban cuisine.
